1. Web and phone reservations may only be cancelled by calling the reservation department at 416-675-3638 or 1-800-263-5466.
2. App orders may be cancelled through the App.
3. Requests to cancel a pick-up made to the general office phone number and contact email will not be acknowledged and it is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure he contacts the reservation department.
4. For pick-ups within the GTA:
- Orders cancelled prior to 2 hours of the pick-up time will not be charged.
- Orders cancelled prior to 1 hour of the pick-up time will be charged at 50% of the fare.
- Orders cancelled within 1 hour of the pick-up time will be charged at 100% of the fare.
5. For pick-ups outside the GTA:
- Orders cancelled prior to 3 hours of the pick-up time will not be charged.
- Orders cancelled prior to 2 hours of the pick-up time will be charged at 50% of the fare.
- Orders cancelled within 2 hours of the pick-up time will be charged at 100% of the fare.
6. No-show will be considered as a completed order, not a cancellation and will be charged at the full rate.
