We offer a grace period of 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. Any delays/schedule changes will result in wait-time charges.
Yes, we do. All you need to do is let us know all the itinerary details so we can make the required arrangements. However, you will be billed extra for every additional pickup, drop address and waypoints added to your itinerary.
