You can cancel your booking at any point in time. We understand your travel plans may be subject to change, which is why we have a simple cancellation policy. Web and phone reservations may only be cancelled by calling the reservation department at 416-675-3638 or 1-800-263-5466. App orders may be cancelled through the app. If you’re within the GTA and cancel your booking just two hours before your pickup time, you won’t be charged. For cancellations within one hour of your pick-up time, a 100% fare charge will be levied.
