Most premium vehicles have Wi-Fi, but it is not a fleet-wide feature. Availability depends on the type of car you hire.
We try our best to maintain our cars’ hygiene and cleanliness. While we do not forbid consumption of anything (except alcohol), extra charges may be levied if the vehicle requires cleaning due to spilled food and drinks.
Our chauffeurs are always on time and try to reach your pick-up location 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. Delays can happen in rare situations due to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances, but you will always be notified about it by customer care.
If there is a change in plan or you want to modify your booking, you must notify us as soon as possible. Note that short-term changes are not guaranteed.
Waiting beyond half an hour is chargeable. However, if your chauffeur arrives ahead of schedule, there is no charge for the time they wait.
