You can either call the chauffeur or contact our help desk for immediate assistance.
Normally, our chauffeur will have your details and be waiting for you at the arrival terminal. You will also have the chauffeur’s name and contact number. In case of any inconvenience, you may call the chauffeur directly, or contact our operators at 416.675.3638, 416.676.3210 or 905.676.3210 and provide your booking details.
We have a fair cancellation policy. All cancellations within an hour of the pick-up time, or “no-shows,” will be charged in full.
You can cancel your booking at any point in time. We understand your travel plans may be subject to change, which is why we have a simple cancellation policy. Web and phone reservations may only be cancelled by calling the reservation department at 416-675-3638 or 1-800-263-5466. App orders may be cancelled through the app. If you’re within the GTA and cancel your booking just two hours before your pickup time, you won’t be charged. For cancellations within one hour of your pick-up time, a 100% fare charge will be levied.
