1. Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Airline Limousine.
2. Refunds will only be made for complaints that are the logged no later than two weeks after the pick-up date.
3. Any complaint or concern will be logged. The matter will be investigated and the decision to issue or not issue a refund will be conveyed to the customer.
4 Refund will be made in the form of a compensatory trip to be used at a later date and shall have no termination date.
