Your driver will check the status of your flight. You won’t be charged extra if your flight is delayed. However, if your flight is cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible.
You will be asked to go to our desk inside your terminal. A car will then be dispatched to pick you up and you will meet them outside your terminal. For an additional fee, you can arrange to have an Airline Limo greeter meet you at your arrivals gate holding a sign with your name on it. If for some reason you cannot locate your driver/greeter, please call us and we will be happy to assist you immediately.
