As we receive hundreds of reservations daily, it’s important to book early so you can choose the car that’s suitable for you. Seasonal, weekend and special events may require more notice; sometimes a few weeks or even a few months. Plan accordingly.

As a premium limousine service company, we are at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Normally, our chauffeur will have your details and be waiting for you at the arrival terminal. You will also have the chauffeur’s name and contact number. In case of any inconvenience, you may call the chauffeur directly, or contact our operators at 416.675.3638, 416.676.3210 or 905.676.3210 and provide your booking details.
You can cancel your booking at any point in time. We understand your travel plans may be subject to change, which is why we have a simple cancellation policy. Web and phone reservations may only be cancelled by calling the reservation department at 416-675-3638 or 1-800-263-5466. App orders may be cancelled through the app. If you’re within the GTA and cancel your booking just two hours before your pickup time, you won’t be charged. For cancellations within one hour of your pick-up time, a 100% fare charge will be levied.
Airline Limo has been in business for over seventy years. We have some of the best-in-class cars in our fleet and we constantly upgrade them to the latest models. They are fully insured and have the latest amenities, including the GPS tracking system. It is our company policy to be very selective when hiring our chauffeurs and vehicles. Only the best is good enough for our customers. All our chauffeurs are GTAA tested and verified and undergo a strict screening process before getting appointed by us. They are also approved and certified by the Transhelp Social Services. Every year, our chauffeurs are required to pass drug screenings, driving tests and eye exams to renew their license. Our vehicles are checked frequently to ensure compliance with safety standards.
We suggest you book your car in advance to ensure the availability of the car of your choice. However, we will certainly try to meet your requirements, even at the last minute.
Your driver will be monitoring the status of your flight. You won’t be charged extra if your flight is delayed. However, if your flight is cancelled, contact us as soon as possible.
